Private Lessons

Private individual or small group yoga lessons

We offer private lessons in the studio as well as on zoom for people who want individual or small group instruction. You can learn one-on-one or put a smalll group together. Up to 4 people in the studio or up to 6 on Zoom.

Teachers Leah Nichols, Tedrah Smothers and Karla Ingram are skilled at working with students of all levels, from the brand-new beginners to the more experienced. All three teachers are Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers.

We will practice according to what you are looking for, and happy to accommodate those who are working with injuries or health conditions.
