Welcome to Evergreen Yoga Center

This is the place to learn Iyengar Yoga from the ground up. You will build strength, flexibility and endurance with our systematic and sequential way of learning. We are a friendly community and will support your growth as you learn to challenge yourself in all the right ways.

Barefoot Boot Camp with Cole

This invigorating yet grounding morning practice builds heat from the inside.

Using sequences based on Yogahour®, founded by Cole’s teacher, Darren Rhodes, this class balances safety, strength, and stretch for a challenging but doable practice.

This is a balanced flow-form class with clear, specific, concise alignment instructions for students of all levels, from fit-beginner to experienced student. Form, safely getting into each pose with alignment, is balanced with flow. The flow is both incorporating breath with movement AND each pose building on the other. (This class is a drop-in class only. $12 per class. Class passes do not apply.

We offer yoga class passes in the following packages.

10-class pass @$140
Drop-in classes: $20
