Pelvic Floor Workshop
Pelvic Floor Workshop
The pelvic floor is the center of balance for our entire body. Building awareness and understanding of its importance is the first step in pelvic floor health. What really is the pelvic floor? What does it do? Why is it so important? Should I be doing tightening exercises? Should I be doing stretching exercises? And What really is a Kegel or is it more than that? Learn the answers to these questions along with yoga poses to help support a healthy pelvic floor.
November 21, 6:00pm – 8:00pm $45.00
