Attend classes in any of the following ways:
9-week series: April 24 - June 11
1 class/week: $117 (9 classes @ $13 per class)
2 class/week: $216 (18 classes @ $12 per classs)
You do not have to commit to a series. You are welcome to drop-in to classes as your schedule allows.
Drop in classes: $16 per-class
Unlimited classes: $1200 yearly (must be a student at our studio for at least 6 months).
Barefoot Boot(less) Camp:
These early-morning classes meet Mondays & Thursdays 5:45-6:45am. No drop-ins to this class -- you must register/pay for the whole month. More info here.

Making up classes if you are signed up for the series:
You can make up any missed classes during the series of classes you are registered for. Attend a class that suits your level. Classes cannot be held over from one series to the next.

Mats and props
Students will need a yoga sticky mat for class. You may bring your own or we have mats available for your use at no charge.
What to wear
Wear clothing you can move in. Exercise pants, leggings, and shorts work best. It helps if the you and the teacher can see your knees. We practice barefoot.
Eating before class
Generally it is best to wait a couple of hours after you eat a meal. Some people find they can eat a light snack an hour or two before class.
